Welden Village is on 385 gently rolling wooded acres in Kernersville, NC. Kernersville is a thriving community that has all the conveniences of the larger surrounding communities while still maintaining its small-town charm. It is in the heart of the Piedmont Triad with convenient access to Winston Salem, Greensboro, and High Point for employment, higher education, cultural and recreational amenities. 

 DMP along with our design partner, DHM, completed Final Development Plans for the first two residential phases of Welden.  The team has also completed the design of first stormwater bmp amenity feature along with Highway 66 improvements and a significant stream crossing.
