Steeplegate Subdivision in Randolph County originated in 1995, shortly before the City of Trinity was incorporated.

Civil Design consisted of 5.7 miles of streets, water supply, storm drainage, erosion control for 268 single family residential lots covering over 350 acres. Several manmade ponds were constructed for stormwater control as well as community aesthetics. Special attention was placed on the main entrance as well as site grading for the individual lots.

Steeplegate has become one of the premier subdivisions in the area.
