Civil Engineering design services for a 91.93 acre site adjacent to Fairfield Road; Surratt Drive and Eden Terrace. The development included grading, utilities, topo, watershed detention ponds, storm drainage, parking areas and roadway coordination with NCDOT to accommodate a new 275,883 S.F. manufacturing facility loading docks, and support areas. Site surveying and mapping was also a part of this project together with preparation of contract documents.
